Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of order delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products (such as gel polishes, bases, tops, builders) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at astudionailsinc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect products and issue a full refund or replacement.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
